Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Space Copilot uses on space-copilot.com, what they do, and how you can control them.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember you between visits or pages. We also use related technologies like local storage and session storage. For simplicity, this policy refers to all of these as “cookies.”
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
These cookies are essential for the site to work. Without them, you can’t sign in, your shopping cart breaks, and security checks fail. They cannot be turned off. Examples:
- Session cookies for authentication.
- CSRF tokens to protect against cross-site request forgery.
- Cookie-consent preferences (so we don’t ask you again).
Analytics (opt-in)
These help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. They’re set only with your explicit consent. Examples:
- Aggregated page-view counts and load times.
- Anonymized funnel metrics (which step did users drop off at).
We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not share analytics data with ad networks.
Marketing
We don’t set marketing cookies. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for explicit opt-in before setting any.
3. How to control cookies
- On our site: open the cookie-preferences dialog from the footer to toggle analytics on or off.
- In your browser: all modern browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in.
4. Do Not Track
We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When GPC is enabled, analytics cookies are not set even if previously accepted.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
