Is this professional inspection advice?
No. Space Copilot is a decision-support tool for renters and buyers. It does not replace a licensed home inspector, structural engineer, or real-estate professional. Use it as a fast first pass, not a final word.
What happens to my photos and floor plans?
Your uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use them only to generate your report and to improve aggregate model quality. You can request deletion at any time from your account or by emailing privacy@space-copilot.com.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. New paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Which countries do you support?
Space Copilot works for any English-language listing. Our scoring tuning currently emphasizes the US, UK, EU, Japan, and Australia housing stock. Other markets work but room-type detection accuracy may vary.
